Dispatchers assigned parcels by phone and nobody knew where the riders were.

- Live rider locations on one map
- Automatic routing for each rider
- Cash-on-delivery reconciled every evening
- Works offline and syncs later
The result
The headline: +31% deliveries per rider per day. The Roadrunner team owns the code, the docs and the servers, with a hand-over guide for the next developer.
